MEDITATION ON MONDAYS
Start the week with a clear mind: we invite you to tune in and meditate with us at 10 am on Monday mornings for half an hour on the dates listed below. (We work to UK time; if you live elsewhere, please tune in at 10 am your time if that is more convenient. And if you can't do Monday mornings, feel free to pick a time that does suit you.)

Sessions at the Studio
If you happen to live near us, you are welcome to join our friendly and supportive group on Monday mornings at 10 am prompt at the Studio near Calne, Wiltshire, UK. Entry is free.
At 10.30 there is the opportunity to talk. The Studio session ends at 11 am. You'll find directions here.
Homework for Summer 2011: Listening meditation
Aim to sit down for half an hour at least once a week and simply listen to all the sounds around you, and within you. This might include the sound of your breathing, the ticking of a clock, the sound of birds or cars outside... listen without judgement. Simply listen.
Notice how noisy your thoughts are, and let them go. Keep listening without judgement. Over time you will find that your intuition increases as you become used to hearing the very quiet voice of your inner guidance.
