Dream Botanicals - Terms and conditions

If you are not satisfied with an item once received, simply return it to us and we will refund you the cost, or exchange the item if requested. Please note that you remain liable for all postage and packing costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. All prices displayed include VAT. The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering.

Privacy Policy - we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) to send products to you by mail order. On occasion we may contact you with information and updates about Dream Botanicals. If you do not wish us to do this, simply let us know and we will remove your name from our mailing list. We do not share or sell any information about you, or your buying habits with anyone.

Ordering and Payment - payment on-line is normally by PayPal. Mail-order payment is normally by cheque made payable to Dream Botanicals. If you prefer to pay by cash or direct bank transfer, please contact us to arrange this. All goods must be paid for before being shipped.

Delivery - we aim to process your order as soon as it is received and paid for and aim to despatch your goods within 2 business days by first class post. As our products are handmade using fresh ingredients, an item may occasionally be out of stock, in which case we may offer you a suitable alternative, or refund you the balance.

Legal Liability - the contracts from the sales of goods by Dream Botanicals shall be subject to and governed by English law. Liability of Dream Botanicals shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Dream Botanicals cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.

Acceptance of terms - by placing an order with Dream Botanicals you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
